At Spade & Co, all transactions are conducted in USD currency only. Prices seen on the page may be converted from USD to your local currency for the customer’s better understanding. Spade & Co will not be responsible for any items damaged or lost during transit. Any claims should be filed with the respective carrier.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
We ship our products to most countries worldwide. While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. As we rely on third-party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out-of-pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
Free Shipping Worldwide on all orders over 500 $ with FedEx/DHL/UPS
For orders under 500$ the shipping costs is 35$ or 65$ depending on the Country.
If you ship to the UK or Switzerland, your country’s customs may require you to pay VAT.
Customers in the U.S. receive their order within 4-15 days. For new products, it may take ~20 days. For other countries, it may take slightly longer. Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances like customs delays that we are unable to control on our end and also, some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.

The products are shipped without boxes or hangers. Contact us if you need them. Additional charges could apply.
You have 48 hours from the moment of delivery to decide to keep or return one or more purchased items. In case of flawed goods, give us communication within 24 hours from delivery. In both cases, users can use their right of withdrawal by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org asking for repayment or replacement of flawed goods.
The above products can be returned via courier following our instructions and the costs will be at your charge. Items have to be returned in their original packaging with their labels and/or accessories (dustbag, container, etc.) and must not be altered.
In case of a refund, you will receive your money back in 5-7 working days.

We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from DHL to the local carrier in your country, air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs, or backend charges incurred.
We are not responsible if a package is not deliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If shipping information is not entered correctly before your item gets shipped out, we are not responsible for the lost package. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us at email@example.com as soon as possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
15-Day Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the address we will provide for a refund or exchange within 15 days of receiving your item(s). To submit a request, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You are responsible for return shipping fees. Returns must be unused, in the condition you received them. All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return. You must provide a valid tracking number of your return in order for us to proceed with the refund. We are not responsible for returns that are not received. You must write down the order number in your return. Upon receipt of the return and after product inspection, we will issue your approved refund via the original method of payment. We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee whenever appropriate.

We will refund or replace ANY damaged product no questions asked. We will just ask to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days upon receiving the item. After 30 days we will NOT refund any items.
In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for reimbursement or replacement within 30 days of receiving the item. Buyers may be required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to email@example.com. If the case is deemed valid, Spade & Co will cover any related cost.
After 30 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item reimbursement for any reasons.
