Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide and tracking availability with the express shipping, 4-15 days delivery is guaranteed. If your order is over $500, shipping is free for you! If it’s under $500, the shipping cost will default to $15 for each order.
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped. On the website, the order page allows you to track the status of your shipment.
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. After the shipping process, you can check your order page to track your order.
Returns
If you are not happy with your order, you may return the item(s) to us within 14 days of your purchase. After 14 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you want to do a refund, you can follow the steps below:
Firstly, you should send an e-mail to info@togaee.com including your reason for return with the item (s) and pictures of the order.
Then, you can create a return shipping code on the order page under your account page. With the shipping code, you can send the item(s) without any cost to our store directly.
